Ami is the Founder/CEO of Sika. She's a Stanford-trained physician and ex-BCG consultant and bioengineering graduate who brings cross-functional experience. She brings depth of healthcare expertise ranging from launching medical devices to advising health systems on care delivery. She lives in NYC and loves long walks with her pup, Genevieve.

Kristina is the COO of Sika Health. Kristina spent nearly 16 years at Amazon as an in-house attorney and then as General Manager and Founder of the Amazon Access team, which built and operated products and programs for underserved customers. She is based in Seattle, where she lives with her husband, three children, two dogs, and five chickens.

Michael is a passionate sales leader with a knack for building connections and driving results. He leverages his proven experience in unlocking digital revenue growth for eCommerce brands and his background in helping women navigate complex and underserved areas of the healthcare system to empower individuals to maximize the FSA/HSA dollars they've put aside for their health. Based in Stamford, Connecticut, Michael enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, unwinding with his wife Courtney, and playing fetch with their golden retriever, Baxter.

Sarah is a Software Engineer at Sika. She hails from 1010data where she spent 5 years developing products across the stack. She specializes in all things frontend. When not programming, you can find her out rock climbing, hiking, or on some other outdoor adventure! She currently lives in Las Vegas, NV.

Diana leads product development at Sika Health. She has held previous roles in product, data, and finance. Outside of Sika, you can find her eating and walking her way through NYC.

Tanner is a former founder and Senior Software Engineer and with a proven track record in scaling beautiful SaaS products. His expertise spans a wide range of technologies underpinned by a strong foundation in both technical and leadership roles across various organizations. Based in Denver, he balances his passion for software engineering and innovation with snowboarding, camping, and spending quality time with his wife and two dogs, Boone and Berkley.

Sasha leads Customer Success at Sika. She has supported and enabled SaaS clients across industries from fintech to hospitality to human resources, helping optimize customer success standards and practices. Her love of great design extends beyond software to fine art, and you can find her practicing illustration and interior design in Brooklyn where she lives with her two rescue cats, Cinnamon and Binx.

Jody Dietel is an expert in consumer-directed benefits, benefits administration, and eligible expenses. She served as SVP, Advocacy & Government Affairs as well as Special Advisor to the Advocacy and Government Affairs Team for HealthEquity, Inc. through the acquisition of WageWorks where she held the position of Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, in 1989, she founded Creative Benefits, Inc., a consumer-directed healthcare benefits company. Jody has spent decades advocating for the industry’s interests, is a frequent speaker at industry events, acts as a subject matter expert, and provides leadership for key industry groups. She has served on the boards of Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), American Benefits Council (ABC), Council for Affordable Health Coverage (CAHC), American Bankers Association’s HSA Council, and the Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS). She has also served on committees for Alliance for Health Care (AFHC), America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI), and US Chamber of Commerce

Jeff Epstein is an operating partner in the Silicon Valley Office where he leads Bessemer’s CFO Council and helps portfolio company CEOs and CFOs share best practices. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle, one of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies, with a market value of over $200 billion. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff served as the chief financial officer at several public and private companies, including DoubleClick (acquired by Google), King World Productions (acquired by CBS), and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.

Arthur is an operator and advisor supporting growth companies and funds across strategy and people — figuring out what organizations need to scale and aligning capital and humans to deliver against that. Prior, Arthur led Better and Wayfair through hyper-growth enabling organizational effectiveness across biz ops, talent, and people, and has a mix of earlier-stage adventures and general management experience at Bridgewater Associates. Arthur is keen on NYC handball, conversations on work and purpose, and competitive leisure.

Tushar serves as Sika's product advisor. He's previously held product leadership roles at PillPack (acq by Amazon), TripAdvisor, and WebMD. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family in Needham, MA.
