How to Turn On Your Device and Utilize Its Advanced Features

Are you ready to elevate your wellness routine with your new Theragun PRO Plus device? With its innovative design and multifunctional capabilities, this device is perfect for muscle recovery and relaxation. In this blog post, we'll guide you through turning on your device, adding attachments, and making the most of its infrared LED light therapy, vibration therapy, and heat therapy features. Let’s get started!

Turning On Your Device

1. Power On your Therabody Pro Plus+
 To turn on your device, firmly press the center button. You'll see the device's TFT LCD screen light up, indicating it’s powered on.
   
2. Select Your Treatment:
  Once the device is on, you can select 'Quick Start', or use the **up and down buttons, to scroll through various treatment routines. Once you find the treatment you want, press the center button to select your options.

3. Applying Treatment and using the Theragun Pro Plus+ (6th Generation)

Start using the Theragun PRO Plus by gently moving it back and forth, over the area you’re treating. Experiment with different levels of light-to-moderate pressure, but avoid applying pressure directly to any painful areas. Instead, work around the discomfort first to help reduce tension.

Adding Attachments

1. Safety First
 Before connecting or removing any attachments, ensure your device is powered off, This ensures safety and prevents any accidental settings changes.

2. Connecting Attachable Tools
To add an attachment, line up the white dots on the device and the attachment. Insert the attachment into the device arm and twist it to lock it into place.
If you want to remove the attachment, twist it in the opposite direction and pull it off gently.

Infrared LED Light Therapy

1. Activating the Therapy:
 To incorporate infrared LED light therapy into your routine, toggle to the infrared LED light indicator, on your device. A short press will turn the infrared light therapy on, and another short press will turn it off.

2. Derive Optimal Use with the following tips & tricks:
   For best results, apply infrared LED light therapy, directly to the skin. You can use this therapy simultaneously with percussive, vibration, and heat therapies. Aim for about 90 seconds** on each treatment area for maximum benefits.
  Note that infrared LED light therapy will not operate during cold treatments.

Vibration Therapy

1. Connecting Vibration Attachment:
   - To add vibration therapy, start by connecting the 'vibration attachment' to your device. Refer to the What's Included photos and here on this page, to identify the various attachments that come with your package. 
   - Follow the same steps as with other attachments: make sure the device is powered off, align the white dots, insert, and twist to lock.

Enabling Heat Therapy

1. Using the Heat Attachment
   - To incorporate heat therapy, connect the Heat Therapy attachment, to your device.
   - Short press the right button, to toggle to the heat indicator. Use short presses on the up and down buttons, to adjust the temperature settings—there are three heat levels available.

Utilizing the Biometric Sensor

1. Enabling the Sensor
   - To use the device’s 'biometric sensors', hold the device in a "double-grip" position. Make sure to place the tip of your pointer (index) finger on the biometric sensor.
   - Cover the entire sensor with the tip of your finger to ensure accurate reading.

Safety, Precautions, and Contraindications

Precautions:

Due care is required in these circumstances and device use may need to be modified. Consult with a medical professional if you currently have or suspect you may have any of the following conditions or if you have any questions.
