Shipping & Returns From Therabody:

When you invest in the Therabody Lounger, you also benefit from a complimentary white glove delivery service, ensuring that your new relaxation haven is set up with care in your chosen space. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days, and you will receive a call to coordinate the details, requiring someone aged 18 or older to be present at the time of delivery.

With our shipping and returns at Rivete, We charge a 25% Chargeback for heavy items returned and more so if the damage occurred with use.

Warranty is void if any intentional damage is done, and usually, pictures and or videos should accompany any claim of warranty or return, and inspection of the delivered goods right at the time of delivery is an absolute MUST!
