Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, provided the order is received by 12 noon (Pacific Time).

Delivery Time: Once the order is confirmed as shipped, it will arrive at your shipping location within 7 business days, excluding special order items.

White Glove Service: For White Glove Service requests, please indicate at the time of order placement.

Damaged Items: If you receive your item damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. This is necessary to consider it as damage upon delivery.
Refund and Return Policy

Return Request Timeframe: Customers must request a return within 30 days of receipt if not satisfied with the product.

Condition of Returns: The unit must be in its original box (or similar packaging) and in brand-new condition.

Freight Costs: The customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with the order, including both return freight and the outbound freight to the customer.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies. Proper packaging is required to avoid return shipping damages. Customers are liable for any additional damages exceeding the 20% restocking fee. Credit will be applied upon full inspection once received at Rivete Store’s facility.

Return Authorization: The unit must be ready for pick up or shipped back within 15 days of receiving the return authorization, or the return approval will be voided.
