- Avoid inclines over 10 degrees.

- Don’t turn on steep hills.

- Slow down around corners.

- Always ensure the brake is on before getting on or off.

- Don’t switch off while moving. 

- Only drive where it’s safe to walk.

- Watch out for curbs – they can tip you over.

- Stay focused! No drinking or texting while you drive.

- Stick to the recommended weight limit. 

Always remove the key before sitting down or getting off. This prevents any unexpected movement. It’s also wise to take out the key when you’re not using the scooter. This keeps it safe from untrained users.

And remember, don’t connect any medical devices to the scooter battery. It could cause problems and put you at risk. Adjust the tiller to fit you well, and do not transport the scooter while sitting on it.

 Your Safety Precautions when you’re out and about in Your Shoprider Flagship Scooter.

Safety is key! Stay away from wet or slippery inclines. When lifting the scooter, never grab the seat or removable parts, it’s for your safety. 

Remember: Do not carry passengers. Avoid steep inclines over 10 degrees, and never make sudden turns at high speeds. 

Always ensure the brake is on when getting on or off the scooter. Stay alert and don’t drive in areas where you wouldn’t walk safely.

Please take a moment to read through the manual. It’s crucial for your safety and understanding of the scooter’s guidelines and instructions.

Please remember to keep your feet on the scooter while driving. If you have concerns about your ability to use it safely, speak with your doctor first. Take it slow over rough ground, and if you need help getting on the scooter, ask a healthcare professional. 

Don’t connect any medical devices to the scooter battery. It could malfunction and harm you. Remember to adjust the tiller to fit you, and don’t try to transport the scooter while sitting on it. 

In the event of a power outage, or anticipated outage, always routinely keep your scooter batteries charged ahead of time. Alternatively, Battery packs and generators can be used for recharging your Flagship Scooter batteries. 

If you ever experience any issues or if the scooter moves unexpectedly due to electromagnetic interference (EMI), don’t panic! Just turn it off and check your surroundings. It’s always wise to report these incidents to your Shoprider® provider.

When you first use your scooter, make sure to charge the batteries fully for about 12 hours. This step is essential for battery efficiency and longevity. Starting to drive is easy! Just mount the scooter, adjust the tiller and seat, and you’re set! 

Don’t forget to keep an eye on your battery levels and maintain proper tire inflation. Regular maintenance, like checking bolts and lubricating axles, ensures your scooter runs smoothly for years to come.
